Sue Bortone
Sue brings a unique perspective to the field with a background as a hands-on creative in her time at Ogilvy as an Art Director, paired with 15+ years of expertise in recruitment working across some of the top firms in NYC. She has helped hundreds of people find their dream jobs, working with start-ups to Fortune 100 brands. She is a Forbes Contributor and Harvard Certified in Management Principles, and is currently the Co-Chairwoman of the Mentor Committee for SheRunsIt and The Community Lead for Jobs & Hiring within the HeyMama network.

Lauren Scottow
Lauren is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with proven expertise in empowering companies to discover exceptional talent across various roles and industries. She brings 15 years of experience recruiting for roles in creative, marketing, product, sales and production and is passionate about creating and maintaining lasting relationships between talent and hiring teams. Lauren is a natural connector who goes above and beyond traditional recruiting by offering strategic insights and data-driven guidance to help organizations and teams optimize their recruiting strategies. Outside of her professional endeavors, she is a true foodie who enjoys skiing, hiking, and hanging out with her beloved English Bulldog, Nacho.
